Will Misegades

Chairman of the Board

As Chairman of the Board, Will guides the strategic vision of OBF Dreams, focusing on growth through mergers and acquisitions. He is a proven entrepreneur who built his own company, RedFish Inspections, from a 12-inspection startup into an industry leader. His passion is identifying the gaps that hold people back and providing the Opportunity, Benefits, Freedom, and Dreams for them to thrive.

Will's career is defined by strategic growth and a relentless drive. His background in construction management, first in his native France and then in Finland, led to his role as the youngest Export Manager for a log home manufacturer at just 24. After moving to the U.S. in 2006, he founded RedFish Inspections in 2010. In its first year, the company completed just 12 inspections; by the time it merged with Magnolia Home Inspection Services, it was performing over 1,500 annually.

This successful merger highlighted a clear path forward: to build a larger, more impactful company that could help shape the future of the home services industry. In 2024, OBF Dreams, Inc. was launched to do just that.

A proud Missionary Kid born in Lagny-sur-Marne, France, Will is a devoted family man. He has been married for over 18 years, and together they are raising four children. Their family time is filled with travel, outdoor adventures, and supporting their kids' competitive gymnastics and Irish dancing passions. He is also drawn to adrenaline-pumping challenges like rock crawling and skydiving, which he believes foster growth by pushing him outside his comfort zone—a principle he applies both physically and mentally.

Mike Lovelady

Partner & Board Member

With over 31 years of high-level management experience and an MBA, Mike brings a deep expertise in operations, finance, and software development to OBF Dreams. He co-founded Magnolia Home Inspection Services, scaling it from 95 to nearly 1,500 annual inspections. Mike's steady leadership and passion for service—both in business and his community—are foundational to the company's culture.

Mike has a long and distinguished career in management. He holds an MBA with a concentration in computer science from West Texas State University and has managed teams across diverse industries, culminating in 23 years as an I.T. Manager at the University of Houston.

In 2016, he and his son, Jeremy, co-founded Magnolia Home Inspection Services. With Jeremy focusing on inspections, Mike managed business growth and administration, rapidly growing the company to one of the largest in the region. This success led to the strategic merger with RedFish Inspections and the formation of OBF Dreams. In 2022, Mike also served as interim CEO for Mira Staffing, a virtual assistant company he co-founded.

Born in El Paso, Texas, Mike has been married to his best friend for over 53 years. He is a dedicated community and church leader, having worked with Kairos Prison Ministries for 20 years and served as President of the Board for the Society of Samaritans, a local non-profit. He continues to serve as a lay counselor and teacher, driven by a deep commitment to helping others.

Jeremy Lovelady

Vice President & Board Member

As Vice President of OBF Dreams and President of Mira Staffing, Jeremy is a natural-born leader with a proven talent for explosive growth and operational excellence. A manager by 19 and the youngest GM in U-Haul history by 21, he co-founded Magnolia Home Inspection Services and built it into a market leader. He now focuses on identifying new M&A Opportunities and mentoring entrepreneurs to help them achieve their Dreams.

Jeremy's management career began at 19. By 21, he was the youngest-ever General Manager for U-Haul, and he later became one of the top 3 highest-grossing automotive service writers in the United States. He brought this intense drive for high-revenue operations to Magnolia Home Inspection Services, which he co-founded with his father, Mike, in 2016. Their two-prong approach allowed them to become one of the most-reviewed firms in North Houston, leading to the 2024 merger that created OBF Dreams.

In 2022, Jeremy founded Mira Staffing, a passion project to supply affordable, high-level talent from the Philippines to the home inspection industry. Taking the idea from concept to launch in under 90 days, he has led the company to over $1.3 million in annual revenue, with projections of $5 million for 2025.

Born in Houston, Jeremy mentors first-time entrepreneurs and is actively involved with creating a new nonprofit. He and his wife, Jazz, split their time between Texas and the Philippines, enjoying travel, snorkeling, and exploring new restaurants.
